Actually, I DID taste it - today - in NYC. Chris and I went to see Inherit the Wind on Broadway. Had lunch in a small Italian restaurant. What did we have? Pizza with prosciutto, arugala, fresh mozzarella, and truffle oil. YUMMMMMM! It was quite amazing to come home, read your last 2 posts and find we are eating the same pizza (almost)! We are thoroughly enjoying your blog and check it every day. Can't wait to sit down and hear all the details.
