		<description>Your description of the pizza was so good I could almost taste it.  Actually, I DID taste it - today - in NYC.  Chris and I went to see Inherit the Wind on Broadway.  Had lunch in a small Italian restaurant.  What did we have?  Pizza with prosciutto, arugala, fresh mozzarella, and truffle oil.  YUMMMMMM!  It was quite amazing to come home, read your last 2 posts and find we are eating the same pizza (almost)!

We are thoroughly enjoying your blog and check it every day.  Can&#039;t wait to sit down and hear all the details.  It&#039;s made us both think more seriously about conservation, electricity, the environment, etc.
